Topgolf has officially broken ground on its highly anticipated Panama City Beach location near Pier Park, aiming to open in Summer 2025. This two-level venue will feature 74 climate-controlled hitting bays, designed for both golf enthusiasts and newcomers to enjoy year-round. Premier Aviation, a leading Canadian airframe maintenance provider, is bringing a new 100,000-square-foot MRO facility to our community—a $32.5 million investment that will create 250 high-paying jobs.
