“I feel very comfortable and welcomed here. On both sides - Accounting and Project Operations, I have stepped into the project engineer role without any prior experience or engineering degree - but yet I feel I have been accepted and have been successful in my work so far. My growth could not have happened without the hard work and mentoring of Robert, other PE's and PM's that have graciously given me insight on questions I may have. So I wanted to say thank you for the help and I will not disappoint in the future.”

Our entire team is committed to safety and excellence in the design and execution of our projects.
Meet some of the people that make Bay Cities exceptional :
Sacramento International Airport
Every project has its distinctive features but working on an airport is particularly special. Safety and security preparations were slightly different than other jobs, as SMF is an active airport. Crews had to be aware of live aircraft and traffic communications. BCPG successfully completed this job in 2022 & all is set for takeoff! Photo by Superintendent Bryan Delalcazar
I-680 Expressway, Walnut Creek
Bay Cities demolished an existing retaining wall along SB 680 in Walnut Creek for the 20-mile CCTA I-680 Express Lane Project. The $70 million dollar Project was completed in late 2020, a year ahead of schedule and under budget. Photo by Superintendent David Dreesen

Working on Highways 132 and 99, in Modesto, was no small feat. The project entailed grinding, paving, bridgework, and more. Crews reconstructed a section of Highway 132 to connect to Highway 99 to minimize traffic flow through the city. Project is set for completion in 2022. Photo by Superintendent JJ Gragg
