Their dedication and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience. For starters, Andrea O'Toole impressed us all with her mad bartending skills serving up the most amazing Mojitos Mocktails, adding the perfect balance of zest and flavor. ???? Dan Fernandez went above and beyond, not only providing authentic Cuban cuisine, but also personally cooking and serving up some of the most delicious dishes. The flavors were as vibrant and passionate as Cuba itself, and all his personal touches really made it a memorable feast. And wait there is more! He shared with us family stories which made the over all experience unforgettable. Concluded by Dan making us Cuban Coffee which paired perfectly with... Yes, Alicia Perez, CCIP freshly baked cookies!!! They were absolutely irresistible! Soft, sweet, and perfectly crafted, her cookies were the perfect little indulgence to end the day A huge thank you to all three vendors for not just bringing us lunch, but for bringing your heart, passion, and spirit to the event.
