The 2025 Spring Policy Action Network (SPAN) of the California Council on Teacher Education provided a vital space for policy updates, insightful breakout sessions, and engaging panel discussions—all in preparation for virtual legislative visits with California elected officials and staffers.
The Bay Area K-16 Collaborative was honored to contribute to this important dialogue. Executive Director Agustin Cervantes, Ed.D. presented as part of a research roundtable, sharing our ongoing efforts to strengthen equitable education-to-career pathways. These conversations are crucial in shaping policies that support teacher preparation, workforce development, and student success.
