?? My Traineeship in the USA After six incredible months at Baumann Consulting in Washington, DC, my traineeship has come to an end. This experience gave me the opportunity to work in both the Sustainability and Commissioning teams, allowing me to gain hands-on experience in LEED documentation, energy efficiency, and HVAC system commissioning. Some key highlights: ? On-site experience: I visited multiple project sites, including warehouses, commercial, and residential buildings, performing system testing and verification. ? Learning & challenges: I compared U.S. and Swiss building standards, troubleshooted HVAC systems, and adapted to industry-specific solutions. ? Collaboration: I worked with an amazing team across different offices (in Washington, DC and Chicago, IL). A big shout out to my colleagues at Baumann Consulting for their support, guidance, and the knowledge they shared with me.
