Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators welcomes Chris Budion as our Director of Sales & Marketing. Chris comes to Bauer with a track record of successful sales and marketing leadership across multiple industries; most recently he led the sales organization for Uponor North America, a leading manufacturer of pipe fitting solutions. Prior to manufacturing, he led teams providing software solutions in the auto recycling, private philanthropy, banking, and legal markets. Chris is passionate about developing high performing sales organizations that are intensely focused on solving customer challenges, and by doing so growing the business.

Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators welcomes Jennifer Stella as our new Director of Human Resources.?Jen comes to Bauer with almost 25 years of progressive experience in leadership and human resources.?Most recently she led the Minnesota and Oregon HR teams for the Medical business unit of TE Connectivity, a global technology company.?Her wealth of HR experience also includes over 17 years at Polaris Industries in roles supporting manufacturing, engineering, and industrial design.?She’s a passionate business leader who values the important alignment of HR and the business she serves.?“I’m excited to be part of Bauer Welding to continue the legacy of strong customer partnerships and a workplace culture that promotes care, collaboration and a passion for the work we do.”

The employees of Bauer Welding kicked off summer with the Annual Summer Picnic.?We were able to dodge the rain and not only enjoy each other’s company, but eat great food, celebrate the teams’ accomplishments, honor some service milestones and crown a new “Bags” champion team!??

Bauer congratulates Duane Gillum on his recent, and much deserved, retirement! After a total of 19 years, Duane Gillum is leaving his post; trading his safety glasses and work boots for the RV windshield and flip flops! His contributions and legacy at Bauer will remain long after the building gets smaller in Duane and Kari's rearview mirror as they hit the open road. He will be missed, but we are all very happy for him. Pictured here is Duane between Stan Nymeyer, who originally hired him, and Doug Bauer, who ran the company from 1996 to 2016.
