How was your Pi Day? Ours was great because we have the coolest set of number-nerds in our accounting team, and they treated the whole company to a Pie Bar!

Friday the 7th was Employee Appreciation Day! When you're in the employee appreciation business, you have to "bring it" on EAD, and our leadership did just that! Pancakes, hot and fresh, and a cereal bar in the morning, followed by a roving snack cart in the afternoon! How was your Employee Appreciation Day? Our team gathered for our annual Winter Gala last Friday at New Vintage Place, to celebrate another amazing year and our amazing people! We were honored to recognize peer-nominated Luminary Award and manager-nominated Inspired Award recipients, including Hannah Padnos,?Jennifer Breidenstein, Suzanne DeVries, and Tracie Houze! The evening also featured the announcements of this year's donations to our Baudville's Helping Hand (https://lnkd.in/gUdtF75v) charitable giving recipients: The Delta Project Nonprofit - nominated by Kailey Savona, CRP Van Andel Institute - nominated by Braden Graham HEALING WITH HOPE AND HAPPINESS INC - nominated by Karen Lepine We heard beautiful and vital stories of the work done by these organizations, and the impact they've made on the lives of those they support, and we are deeply grateful to be able to support them in the names of our team members who nominated each one. Of course, all of this took place among a fun 50s-themed evening of great food, drinks, a murder mystery, and - of course - fabulous prizes! Take a quick peek, with this video recap!

It was a FUN day here at Baudville, and we made sure to bring the energy! Our team got creative with the ultimate work-from-home attire, rocking business tops and comfy bottoms to kick things off. The competitive spirit was alive during our Ping Pong tournament, where Mike Chmielewski triumphed once again, claiming the top spot. We unleashed our creativity designing custom Baudville mascots, and participating in cookie decorating. Absolutely delicious! ?? We’re excited to share one of our most special projects to date: the custom trophy for the first-ever Calder City Classic! This piece was designed exclusively for the FSU vs. Davenport football game, and we couldn’t be prouder to see it become a symbol of friendly competition in our community. This trophy features a stunning metal replica of Grand Rapids’ iconic La Grande Vitesse sculpture, perched atop a solid wood base, blending artistry with tradition. It’s a one-of-a-kind creation that we know will be celebrated for years to come. A big congratulations to Ferris State University for taking home the trophy and claiming the title of GLIAC Champions! ???? We love bringing custom projects like this to life, especially when they honor the spirit and pride of our community.
