This #InternationalWomensDay, we're proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Women in the Global Battery Industry (WGBI) and the powerful community we've built together! Since our launch in January 2022, WGBI has grown to 275+ members worldwide, uniting women across all battery chemistries and transforming the industry landscape. Our mission to connect industry pioneers, drive professional growth, provide cutting-edge education, and offer mentorship has made a tangible impact in just three years. In the last year alone, we: ? Established our Latin America chapter led by Grace Rocha ? Hosted successful networking receptions at #BCI100 and #ELBC ? Launched educational webinars on energy storage 101, workplace trust, and more ? Recognized emerging talent through the BCI Battery Poster Research Showcase ?
