Monday in Project Management Land - Our owner-client and his contractor could not come to terms on the amount due for services rendered so the contractor took it on his own to change the locks on the building and move into one of the vacant apartments without permission this weekend after his services were terminated.

Big tenant moving day- we had 18 tenants move out 18 unique properties within the past 7 days and 16 tenants move into those properties this morning, the other 2 tenants come in with a week. Very challenging logistics on the quick turns but we do our best to keep the properties that we manage 100% occupied for our owners/investors.
