?? 2072. That’s the year we might finally reach gender equality in leadership—according to the latest McKinsey & Company "Women in the Workplace" report. (Link to full report in comments) That means almost 50 more years of systemic barriers, slower career progression, and missed opportunities for women. Unless we actively work to change the system.
