We're looking to fill a VERY important role at Base... ...potentially THE MOST important role... And that would be our HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS! So for context, here's a little bit about what we actually do at Base. First and foremost, we're attempting to solve the biggest, and most complex problem facing society today. This is, of course, the problem of relationships. As we become more self-sufficient as a society, and as we become increasingly independent...our relationships inevitably suffer. ?? We feel alone, despite living in a big city ?? We find it harder to find a life partner ?? We're constantly having to "start over" every time we move And the result of all these things are that, for the first time in history, we can't simply be a part of a community without concerted effort, and intervention. For the first time ever.... ?? We have to try. ?? We have to go out of our way. ?? We have to work hard at relationships So what we do at Base is, we create the fertile ground for these relationships to take place. We cultivate situations for sparks to ignite. We attempt to architect connection. NOW BACK TO THIS VERY IMPORTANT ROLE: What we're looking for is someone to LEAD our customer success efforts. 1?? They will be working directly with customers, to ensure that we deliver a first class experience to all of our members. 2?? They will be managing a distributed team of Customer Success Agents all around the country. This is how we'll be able to provide bespoke, and city specific support to members, regardless of where they live. WHAT WILL THEY NEED FROM A VIBES PERSPECTIVE: Empathy, empathy, empathy ?? They will be supporting members of all ages, races, religions, and demographics, from cities all across the country (and soon the world). It is of the utmost importance that, whoever fills this role, is a kind and empathetic individual who seeks understanding as their default. SO...... Not by hosting "one-off dinners with strangers", but by bringing people together, sharing stories, and contributing to our local communities. Bit by bit, we're fixing the mess that Social Media caused in our social lives. So what will you help us do? ?? Host 12 community dinners, each night in Austin ?? ?? Partner with dozens of local restaurants for unique venues ?? Collaborate with preexisting communities ?? Host monthly socials for over 500+ people ??
