She has handled every aspect of these cases, from intake through resolution, and built a reputation for establishing trust and rapport with her clients by keeping them informed every step of the way. Nicole also regularly handled motion practice at her previous firm. We are seeking an associate attorney who will fit in by matching our firm’s ideology of diligence and production of high-quality work to carry on our legacy of helping injured people. The ideal candidate will be intelligent and inquisitive; possess excellent writing skills; engage in critical thinking to oppose summary judgment motions; perform research using Westlaw; prepare for and conduct trials; attend court conferences; draft pleadings; prepare and respond to discovery demands; conduct depositions; talk to and meet with clients; work independently; have a competitive desire to win; and contribute to our largely positive and enjoyable work environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to co-host an established podcast on personal injury law and be featured on other social media platforms Experience in personal injury law is helpful but not required. Fluency in Spanish is likewise a plus but not required. Medical and dental insurance, year-end performance bonus and excellent 401(k) package are available.
