We are dedicated to honoring God by serving people as they age. At Baruch Senior Ministries we seek to understand the individual needs of our residents and provide them with quality physical, emotional, and spiritual care. The Lifetime Promise: As part of our mission to honor God by serving people as they age, we have created The Lifetime Promise. This program provides a reduced monthly rate to qualifying residents based on their individual income. Introducing Beth from Union Court Assisted Living! Beth joined the Union Court team in July 2008 as the Business Office Manager. In November 2024, Beth accepted the position of Associate Administrator! Beth has a degree in banking and accounting certificates, along with various other certificates throughout the years. Prior to her time at Union Court, Beth served as a School Secretary and a Bank Teller. She also served as an Administrative Assistant to the owner of multiple car dealerships for 10 years. Beth considers Union Court to be her second home. She loves her job and loves helping the families, residents, and staff members. In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband of 39 years and their two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, camping, walking, and gardening.

Introducing Rebecca from Lakeshore Assisted Living! Rebecca joined the Lakeshore Assisted Living team in January 2023 as the Business Office Manager. In October 2024, Rebecca became the Administrator! Before her time with us, she spent 22 years in corporate retail as a Business Analyst, serving in leadership roles, training staff, and building and maintaining business goals. Rebecca is passionate about providing a loving home for the residents while also improving the health and well-being of the whole community. Her favorite part about serving the residents is building genuine relationships with the residents and their families. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at local events, and taking part in various camping excursions and outdoor activities.

Introducing Paula Cassiday from The Horizon Senior Living of Gladwin! Paula joined The Horizon Senior Living team in August 2007 at a PRN and then worked her way up to the Administrator position in October 2024. Before her time at The Horizon, Paula was a Quality Supervisor in the automotive industry. Paula enjoys doing her best to make the residents’ days enjoyable and full of love. Her favorite thing is seeing the smiles on their faces. In her free time, Paula enjoys camping and fishing, spending time with her family, and attending her grandkids’ sporting events. Paula has been married to her husband, Brian, for 36 years and together they have 6 kids and 22 grandkids.

THE RESULTS ARE IN.... The community taking home the Biking for Baruch trophy is.....Georgetown & Cambridge Manor!!! In total, they raised nearly $7,000 and moved over 700 miles! They will remain the Biking for Baruch reigning champions and will get to enjoy an engraved trophy and a community-wide pizza party! (More details to come). Fountain View of Fremont comes in second place bringing in over $1,200 in donations! They moved a total of 210.15 miles! Way to go, Fountain View of Fremont! We'd like to recognize our "movers" whose individual miles exceeded all expectations: 1. Rick Kiekintveld moved 582 miles 2. Terry Zabel moved 267 miles 3. Chris Murphy moved 124.3 miles Thank you for going above and beyond! Thank you to everyone who supported, sponsored, donated, participated, and followed along with our Biking for Baruch "Moving for Miles" fundraiser! It was a month of fun, hard work, and perseverance for many of our "movers". Whether you moved a few miles or a ton of miles?or raised a few dollars or a few hundred, you are making a difference!
