It's been a while since we've featured a project so here is the Arden at Parkside. Arden is part of a larger overall community, Parkside Providence Town Center, and offers 280 units with amenities. Once completed, the community as a whole will consist of 750 units on 25 acres. Things are moving right along on our Toll Brothers Apartment Living project, Piper. Located in Norwalk, CT, this mixed-use project is a whopping 900,000 SF and consists of over 390+ units, amenities, retail shops and restaurants. It was our pleasure today to host and give an office tour to Jefferson College of Architecture and the Built Environment 3rd year architecture design students. Their instructor, Betty Hackney, Assoc.
