It was a great joy to host our friends from NBC 5 Texas Today and take them on an exhilarating tour of our property, highlighting the essence of the Texas Hill Country, and the unique experiences that our resort has to offer!

Shoutout to the incredibly talented Elvia Reyes, our amazing Pastry Chef! ?? Her latest creation is an over-the-top coconut cake layered with a luscious pineapple mousse at the bottom, perfectly complemented by a vibrant strawberry cake topped with a delightful mango mousse. All of this is enveloped in silky Italian buttercream frosting made with European buttercream. She also created edible chocolate animal figurines that make this cake not just a treat for the taste buds but a visual delight too! Thank you, Elvia, for bringing such creativity to our resort! #CulinaryArt
