What an incredible 2nd annual Henkel Community Impact Day! ?? This year, we quadrupled the impact by expanding our efforts to include all Henkel Consumer Brands and several Henkel Adhesive Technologies sites across North America! With over 300 volunteers from our Stamford, Darien, and Trumbull locations, along with hundreds more from other sites, we came together to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work. I had the privilege of joining volunteers at Mill River Park, where we planted native plants to help support the local ecosystem. This project was especially meaningful to me, as it's a park I frequent in my own neighborhood. ???? A special thanks to the wonderful local organizations and schools that partnered with us to make this day possible, including Mill River Park Collaborative, Boys & Girls Club of Stamford, Filling in the Blanks, PATRONS OF THE TRUMBULL NATURE & ARTS CENTER, Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens, Person to Person, Pet Animal Welfare Society, SoundWaters, Stepney Elementary School and Newfield Elementary School. ?? A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Site Leaders and Event Captains for their leadership and coordination—your dedication made this day possible, and it was a huge success! ? And a big thanks to Philipp Schaffer for leading by example and encouraging everyone to roll-up their sleeves, too! ?? Community Impact Day is such a great reflection of Henkel’s values, where we live out our purpose: Pioneers at heart for the good of generations. I’m looking forward to seeing this initiative continue to grow and inspire even more of us in the future! #WeAreHenkel #CommunityImpactDay #Henkel #ThankYou
