The visit provided an in-depth look at River Run’s innovative mutual holding company model, which enhances operational efficiency and fosters sustainable growth while maintaining the unique identities of Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank. River Run has announced the expanded role of James Williams, in the position of Chief Administrative Officer. Williams will focus on strategic planning for the company in addition to overseeing corporate governance, legal matters, operational risk, compliance, and internal audit. River Run recently announced the appointment of Joanna Buccieri as Senior Vice President, Director of Residential and Consumer Lending. In her role, Buccieri has assumed overall management of all residential and consumer lending departments, including various origination channels supporting both Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank.
