Join our team for the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's?, in fundraising and at the walk to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. We walk in memory of all those lost, all those fighting, and in support of all the caregivers. Barth Electric walks in special memory of all of our employees' families and friends that are or have been affected by this horrible disease. We also walk in special memory of George Michael "Mike" Barth Jr. who passed away after a long fight with this disease Monday, November 14, 2011. Mike was born in Indianapolis April 6, 1930 and resided and worked in Indianapolis his entire life. He ran Barth Electric, one of his passions. He loved his community and served it well. The 5th Annual AEC Golf Outing was a great success! We had an absolute blast, and thanks to everyone who came out, we raised over $14,000 for the family of Jaclyn Sigmon, a beloved member of the geotech community and an SME employee who tragically passed away this August. Each year, this event will continue to support a charitable cause—so keep an eye out for details about the 2025 outing. You won’t want to miss it! We’re thrilled to share a recent success story. Guarantee Electric, a valued partner of Federated Electrical Contractors (FEC) out of St. Louis, approached us for a significant USPS project. In this multi-million dollar electrical project, Barth played a crucial role by supplying not only the labor but also a substantial portion of the materials.
