The story of Dutch Gold Honey began in 1946 when Ralph Gamber purchased three hives of honeybees at a Lancaster County auction, seeking a new hobby. What started as a simple passion would blossom into a multi-generation family-run business, eventually becoming one of the top producers of high-quality, ethically sourced honey in the United States. We want to congratulate the Gamber family on the recent transaction between Dutch Gold Honey, Inc and New Water Capital, L.P., marking an exciting new chapter for the company’s future growth. The Barley transaction team appreciated the opportunity to collaborate with the talented teams at Dutch Gold, SC&H Capital, Baker Tilly, New Water and Baker McKenzie on the transaction. Kudos to the Barley transaction team – including Paul G. Mattaini, Kimberly Decker, Derek Dissinger, Alexander Puskar, Abby Tucker, Erica Townes, Jessika Warnick, Pa.C.P., Jamie Hudson, Tara Hirneisen and Hannah Funk – for providing the legal expertise, dedication, and hard work to close the transaction on Dutch Gold’s behalf. https://lnkd.in/eYVEMX_A
