?? Demolition Done Right: Safe, Clean, and Sustainable! ?? Demolition is more than breaking down bridges and railroads—it's about doing it safely and responsibly to protect workers, communities, and the environment. Here's how we prioritize safety and sustainability: ?? Safety First: ? Suit up with proper PPE: hard hats, eye protection, gloves, and more. ? Identify and safely handle hazardous materials like asbestos and lead paint. ? Operate equipment with care—trained personnel only! ??? Dust & Air Quality: ? Suppress dust with misting and water sprays. ? Keep the air safe for everyone by monitoring and using respirators when needed. ?? Environmental Protection: ? Sort and recycle demolition waste; hazardous materials get special care! ? Shield soil and water with barriers and proper containment. ? Reduce noise and erosion impacts to protect wildlife and communities. By combining robust safety protocols with environmental compliance, we ensure demolition is a step forward—not backward. Let’s build a safer, greener future! ?? #Construction #Demolition #SafetyFirst #Sustainability

The Environmental Compliance Committee has selected the Codman Yard Improvements Project as November’s Project of the Month for Environmental Excellence! ?? This project may have a tight footprint, but we’re making every square foot count! Through calculated planning and innovative construction techniques, we’re enhancing rail infrastructure while prioritizing sustainable practices. From reducing material waste to using eco-conscious practices like wheel washing, we’re committed to keeping our environmental impact as small as possible. This specific job site also uses portable environmental monitors to ensure that construction emissions, such as dust, don't reach our friendly neighbors! Stay tuned for updates as we work to build a greener future for our railways! ?? #CodmanYard #EnvironmentalProject #SustainableConstruction #GreenRailway

Safety Zone: Toolbox Talk for Safety Data Sheets To ensure proper chemical safety in the workplace, information about the identities and hazards of all chemicals must be made available and written clearly for all employees. As part of OSHA’s Standard, chemical manufacturers and importers are required to evaluate the hazards of the chemicals they produce or import and prepare labels and safety data sheets to convey all hazard information. #OSHA #ChemicalSafety #SafetyZone
