At Barletta, we believe in looking out for our neighbors. That’s why we hosted a food drive for The Hub again this year! Sarah, their Food Resource Coordinator, shared that this is their slow season—not for those in need, but for donations. Shelves have been running low, especially on essentials like toiletries. But thanks to our incredible team, we filled an entire hallway with food and supplies to help stock those shelves! Totaling over 408 pounds of donations, we’re proud to make a difference in our community. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed—you’re the reason we can keep giving back. #BarlettaGreat

We are proud to announce that Barletta has received the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index award for the 7th consecutive year—every year we’ve been in building boats. Achieving an independently measured 90% or higher in customer satisfaction is no small feat, and it reflects our relentless pursuit of excellence. Last week, we celebrated Jeff Wilder and his incredible 43-year legacy on this campus! From Mark Line to Barletta, he’s been a dedicated leader, coworker, and friend. A few employees came together to create an amazing plaque in his honor—just one small way to show our appreciation. Jeff will be missed more than words can say. At Barletta, our family is so close-knit, it’s never easy to say goodbye. Cheers to Jeff and a well-earned retirement! At Barletta, #CultureMatters.

Last week, we were honored to host the first Belonging Breakfast of 2025 for South Bend - Elkhart Regional Partnership at our facility. Jil Littlejohn Bostick of Winnebago Industries led an insightful session on building cultures of safety and belonging. Bostick shared, "At the end of the day, our goal is to create a culture of safety and belonging. Cultures where everyone says, 'All right, we have the resources. We have the tools to succeed.' Everybody has to be at the table, because it they're not we can't create these cultures we're looking for." Here’s to fostering connection and collaboration in 2025 and beyond!

As the 2024 season comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate some of Barletta’s milestones this year. None of this would have been possible without our dedicated team, loyal customers, and supportive dealer network. Here’s what we accomplished together in 2024: We brought home our third consecutive Innovation Award at the Minneapolis Boat Show for the Industry's First Center Mounted Twin Engine—raising the bar in marine innovation yet again. We were honored to receive our 6th consecutive CSI Award, a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction every single year we’ve been in business. With the help of Winnebago and The Lilly Endowment, we pledged over $176,000 to the United Way Foundation and contributed over 2,000 hours of community service to give back to the communities we call home. We had the privilege of hosting Nick Saban at our dealer meeting, inspiring our team with his wisdom and drive. We were named Winnebago’s Business Unit of the Year, a proud moment that underscores the incredible efforts of the Barletta family. 2024 was a great year, and we’re ready to carry this momentum into 2025. Here’s to another year of innovation, growth, and giving back!
