?? Breaking: WRI Africa Invests $4M in Barka Fund Excited to share the news that the World Resources Institute Africa has invested $4 million in Barka Fund. This investment, alongside $8M from U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and seed funding from the Bezos Earth Fund, will accelerate our work to find climate entrepreneurs, support them through our investment readiness program and provide investment capital. Barka Fund represents the future of climate finance - supporting local entrepreneurs who have historically been underserved by traditional funding channels.
