We’re excited to feature Brenda Gawthrop, a Client Success Executive at Bardavon! Since March 2021, Brenda has fostered relationships and nurtured partnerships as she worked toward the goal of helping injured workers return to work and their day-to-day lives. “I love working with [Bardavon]. Brenda makes my job so much easier. I can basically make a referral and forget it, I know it will get scheduled, I will get timely notes, clinical reviews as I need and notifications when clients no-show or cancel in a timely manner. The stress you remove from my shoulders is wonderful.” - Nurse Case Manager When asked what she loves most about her role, Brenda said: “My job is an adventure. New opportunities, challenges (I love fixing), and brainstorming with a dash of creativity. I enjoy our partnerships, collaborating closely with the employee, employer, providers, the adjusters, and case managers.” When not being a rockstar Bard, Brenda pours her time into volunteering with several organizations raising awareness and funds to assist those in need, especially kids and pets! It is employees like Brenda that help move our mission forward as we continue to serve injured workers on their journey to returning to work. Thank you, Brenda, for all you do! Stay tuned for our next Bard highlight!
