With this week's snowfall, i think it's safe to say... WINTER IS HERE. ?? ??? ?? BTW - check out our vintage motor grader! It’s essentially a pull-type grader hitched to a crawler tractor. Back in the day, one person drove the tractor while another operated the grader from the rear plank. Proof that work is always better with a companion, don't you agree? ??

I didn't grow up deer hunting but when my son Matthew (center) took an interest in it several years ago I was all in. I knew this was a great way to start a new tradition where him and I could get some quality time together and if we are successful filling our tags well that's just a bonus. This year with a little (really a lot) of help from Matthews cousin Trent (right) Matthew successfully fill his tag and we made memories for a life time. Thank you Matthew and Trent for a great weekend!

"When the cat’s away, the mouse will play." That’s how we described the first two photos of the Baranko team who attended the 2024 Ariat Dirt World Summit in San Antonio, Texas, this week. Why, you ask? Baranko invited both our employees and their plus-ones to Texas. And while our members ?? were conferencing, their plus-ones ?? were living it up, enjoying a sunny getaway—albeit a much-deserved one! ???? We chose to include spouses and significant others on this work trip because we believe in investing in our people—both professionally and personally. This means supporting their growth in every aspect of their lives, including the relationships and things that matter most to them. Not surprisingly, this was a key message at the conference and one that we will continue to build on: attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent starts with how you treat your people. — Thank you to the BuildWitt crew, the session speakers, and everyone behind the scenes who spent many months organizing this conference. We had an incredible time and cannot wait to put into practice what we’ve learned! See you next year!

We had a great time last night at Trick or Trunk. we served 1,000 Cloverdale hotdogs in two hours that’s 8.33 hotdogs per minute. None of this could of been accomplished with out this amazing crew.
