Essential Upgrades: Our focus on practical upgrades includes improved lighting, updated security features, and renovated common areas, ensuring safety and comfort. These spaces help provide what makes a place feel like home! Enhanced Community Spaces: By upgrading laundry rooms, installing new playgrounds, and adding community gardens, we’ve created spaces where residents can gather and interact. These upgrades can provide a sense of belonging to our tenants because they can bridge the gap of commonality with neighboring tenants. Resident Involvement: We actively seek and incorporate resident feedback, ensuring our improvements meet their needs and foster a sense of community. A part of our monthly to-do is reaching out to 70% of the tenant base to see how they are doing. It may not be about a recent maintenance ticket, but something personal like the eldest son of unit #257 graduating high school, and we send them a card with a gift card to get school supplies for their new adventure to college!
