Last week, our Janesville and Cleveland branches gathered for an energizing three-day event focused on aligning strategies and uncovering new growth opportunities across A.M. Castle & Co.! Led by Branch Managers Tim Robinson (Cleveland) and Kevin Sopczyk (Janesville), the event brought together inside and outside sales teams for collaborative discussions, strategic planning, and team-building. We were thrilled to have Sales Leaders Jeff Musi and Kara Fox join us, sharing their expertise and insights throughout the event. A highlight was an in-depth tour of Banner Commercial’s Strongsville, Ohio plant, led by Justin Mautz, where our teams gained firsthand insight into Banner’s exceptional processes—sparking ideas for enhancing our operations and offerings across A.M. Castle & Co. In addition to the facility tour and sales presentations, leaders from IT and Marketing engaged the group in discussions about digital transformation and brand strategies to support our growth objectives. The event wrapped up with inspiring sessions led by Jim Joyce, Executive Vice President of Industrial, and Bart Knight, Vice President of Industrial, who shared their vision for A.M.
