Supported by a coalition of banks and credit unions throughout the State and housed at the Rhode Island Bankers Association, BankForward hosts networking events, career exploration events and opportunities, and helps to make connections between those who may have felt that a career in banking was out of reach, and workforce development organizations and financial institutions who are hiring.
