  • We are delighted to announce the January First Federal Difference Award winners: Natasha Whitfield, Personal Banker; Aida Zukic, Human Resources Business Partner; and Angela Cammack, Controller. Natasha went above and beyond to help a customer who was unfortunately falling victim to a scam. She exceeded our mission statement by ensuring our customers did not lose their hard-earned money. Our customer was selling an item on Facebook, but the buyer was asking for gas money first. Sensing that this situation was a little fishy, Natasha patiently explained the red flags to the customer. Our customer thanked Natasha profusely for looking out for her and taking the time to make sure she fully understood what was happening instead of just completing the transaction and sending her on her way. The first payroll of the year is always tricky due to changing benefits for the new year. Angela and Aida worked diligently to get payroll processed on time! The work was tedious and time-consuming, but Aida and Angela's hard work and outstanding teamwork ensured that First Federal employees were paid on time. The First Federal Difference Awards are presented monthly to employees who go above and beyond for our members, coworkers, or others. Thank you for making a difference!
