This Women’s Month, we continue to honour just a few of the phenomenal women shaping BoU through #HeroinesAtTheHelm—a tribute to leadership, resilience, and impact. Today we recognise Milly & Gloriah! Milly Nalukwago Isingoma, Director of Statistics, is driving digital transformation, proving that women are not just consumers of technology but creators, innovators, and decision-makers. Gloria Tuhaise Wakooba, Director of Procurement and Disposal, champions the power of a strong support system noting, “Success is never a solo journey—it’s about having the right people to uplift and guide you.” As we accelerate action toward gender equality, we celebrate women breaking barriers and paving the way for others. When women lead, we all rise! #HeroinesAtTheHelm #AccelerateAction #IWD2025
