Our Hartford Branch Manager, Christa, and Youth Apprentice Intern, Braylen, had an awesome time at Hartford Union High School’s College & Career Fair last night! This event is all about helping students connect with local businesses, industries, and schools as they explore their future career paths. Christa and Braylen loved chatting with students about their goals, sharing workplace tips, and even surprising a few with just how many career opportunities exist in banking! Our Glendale team had the honor of presenting a big check to Mrs. Murali, a dedicated middle school teacher at Glen Hills Middle School. Mrs. Murali goes above and beyond for her students - securing grants, organizing free programs, and connecting students with scientific experts to enhance their learning. She also encourages academic excellence by recognizing students who graduate 8th grade with a 3.0 GPA and 20+ hours of community service. These hardworking students receive an honors cord, patch, and certificate - and we’re proud to help fund these awards! This past Saturday, our Glendale Branch Manager, Steve and Aaron, our Glendale Universal Banker, had a fantastic time volunteering and working the concession stand at the Padre Serra Basketball Tournament at Dominican High School! This incredible tournament has been bringing together the best 8th-grade girls' and boys' teams from across the Archdiocese of Milwaukee since 1959.
