The transformation of the Golden Sands from beach motel to boutique hotel was rooted in Carolina Beach's throwback atmosphere. The guestrooms and lobby were renovated to become a unique and vibrant experience, while the newly painted exterior murals have made this a local landmark. ?? by Paul Lang

Our project in Charlotte, NC is coming together. The fireplace lounge features our latest collaboration with @artstarbaltimore where we created the experience of an old loading dock, similar to the original warehouses found in the neighborhood along with a 10’ tall collage by @kelly_l_walker created with remnants collected from the print shop previously operating on the property where this new building now stands.
