One nonprofit organization, Wellroot Family Services, has seen a 60% decline in licensed foster homes, a trend consistent across the state. This celebrations is a "guaranteed to give you goosebumps" moment, we'll never forget! ? - Celebrating The Holmes Family - Kelsi and Tyler became a licensed foster family 5 years ago.?In Florida, the average kiddo in foster care will change placement homes at least 3 times in a year.?Because of these constant moves, these kiddos usually miss out on normal experiences and the ability to travel with family. Regardless of how long they’ve had their placement, Kelsi and Tyler try to give them memories that would last forever. They’ve brought kiddos to Disney World, Big college football games, and now…. BANANA BALL!
