Measuring Success Baltimore’s business landscape is on the rise! From 2017 to 2022, BIPOC-owned businesses grew by 5.8%, adding 151 new businesses and now representing 28.6% of all businesses in the city. Even better—revenues are climbing, with BIPOC-owned businesses seeing a 27.4% increase.
