Last week on our Instagram and Facebook, we explored Baltimore's employers and the worthy ventures in the city with the #BaltimoreLookBook. Shanthi, a Political Science student from The Johns Hopkins University, and Savoy, Public Policy and Design Thinking student at Loyola University Maryland, have both found their fit in Baltimore's professional environment, utilizing the myriad connections within the city to build their networks. With open coworking spaces, internship opportunities, and major industries spanning from biohealth technology and creative services, Baltimore has an entrepreneurial spirit that can’t be matched. Shanthi: "Everyone in Baltimore truly does want to be there for each other. The amount of support I got, not only from my college, but also from the neighborhoods and small businesses around me, is truly something I don't think I could have gotten anywhere else."
