Strategy Week may have come a little later this year due to our move, but it was well worth the wait!?? With our full team on board, we kicked things off with an employee of the month award (congrats Josiah!) donuts, and a tour of our new facility, where everyone got a first look at our brand-new direct to film and dye sublimations technologies in action at Ball Pro. It was an exciting couple of days filled with collaboration, great conversations over lunches and dinners, and some fun throwback stories about Ball Pro’s early days.
