It is located next to the Chelsea Greenway and just a block from the Eastern Ave Silver Line station. We’re excited to share that construction is underway on the Blue Hill Ave B1 Parcels, led by Bald Hill Builders, LLC.. We’ve been keeping track of the progress on the three non-contiguous sites, with their staggered construction schedules and different activities happening on each site, from concrete being poured to walls going up to helical piles being put in the ground. Great progress this week on 3371 Washington St in Jamaica Plain! Utile has been partnered with Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation and New Atlantic Development to bring much needed affordable senior housing to the neighborhood. This 39-unit, passive house certified project will provide comfortable, healthy homes for those in need, along with new social spaces, community gathering space, and supportive services.
