Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Fearghal Murphy from WIS and Waste Advantage Magazine, and Michael E. Hoffman, President & CEO of the National Waste & Recycling Association, at our San Antonio facility. As one of the most advanced recycling facilities in the country, San Antonio plays a key role in helping us recover more materials and keep them in the circular economy. This visit was a great opportunity to showcase our operations and the impact of large-scale, high-efficiency recycling in action. Not only do these items jam up the machinery, but more importantly they create dangerous situations for our team members who have to remove them by hand ??
