This connection led to the creation of Balance Grille. ?? As the head of development and finance, PK drives Balance Grille’s marketing and technological innovation. His efforts have been recognized by Nation's Restaurant News as one of 2022’s Most Influential Restaurant CEOs and by Fast Casual as a Top 24 Executive from 2016-2022. PK’s innovative approach has made Balance a disruptor in the Fast Casual industry, with proprietary technologies and an employee-centric, peer-to-peer operational model setting them apart. Since starting in the restaurant industry in 2010, PK has become a thought leader in Fast Casual and Restaurant Technology, speaking at various industry events and conferences.
