The business of Pilates - its official, Pilates drives engagement. We all know about and celebrate the health & wellbeing benefits of Pilates and maybe we focus less on the commercial benefits of Pilates. So, it was great to hear industry veteran, Dr. Paul Bedford aka the 'Retention Guru' talking recently about the positive impact Reformer Pilates is having on member engagement. Bottom line: People who practice Reformer Pilates are more engaged than those who don't. This transfers into longer term membership.
