??? Project Update ?? We are excited to share the latest updates on the progress of the Gage Barndominium. Our team has been working diligently, and here are the key developments since our last update: Structural Work: ? Foundation: Completed 100%. ? Framing: 90% complete, with all major structural elements in place. ? Wall Installation has begun. Exterior Work: ? Windows and Doors: Installation is in progress. Upcoming Work: ? Completing the roofing and exterior finishes ? Install energy saver insulation system

This customer had a bunch of leak issues so we did a full resheet of 2 walls. Once this was fixed we were asked to add this front porch and it turned out amazing! #barndominium #metalbuildings #itswhatwedo

It's always great to hear how the experience is from the customers point of view. See below! "6000 sqft roof. She’s big. And tall!! Balcon metal buildings did a great job on this project. Had a couple set backs, nothing not fixable by a simple phone call, but both Hank and Shane really stepped up and made things happen. I can’t say enough about our first, of many jobs together, and that I really appreciate how they made me feel like a priority. There’s a lot that makes a great team. The bidding, sale, service, labor, logistics, and service after the sale. It’s not just the boss, or the guys putting the bolts and screws in, but it takes many spinning wheels to make a project come together. Thanks to all who helped get this guy up in the air. It’s turned out great. We will be back to do some other work owners have added now, along with finishing gutters as building was a little wider after tie in than we expected.
