This project will have an incredibly positive impact on downtown Orlando, and we're very proud to be serving as the #design and architect of record for developers Machete Group, JMA Ventures and the DeVos family.
Machete Group and JMA Ventures, in partnership with the DeVos family are developing a 1,000,000-square-foot mixed-use project in downtown Orlando.? ? Located across the street from Kia Center, Westcourt will feature a 260 key full-service Kimpton hotel, 265 units of high-rise residential, 300k sf of premium, Class A office space, a dynamic 3,500-capacity live music venue, 1,150 on-campus parking stalls, and 125k sf of food, beverage, and entertainment.? ? The project is scheduled to deliver in spring 2027.
