This role will be the friendly face (and voice) for email correspondence, managing online orders, and handling various day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities: Email & Correspondence: Organize and respond to incoming emails; forward important issues to the right team members. Online Orders: Process, track, and follow up on online orders to ensure a smooth customer experience. Review Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews with a professional, service-oriented approach. Day-to-Day Tasks: Tackle administrative duties—such as scheduling, filing, and coordinating appointments—so nothing slips through the cracks. Research & Reports: Gather information, compare options (e.g., suppliers, tools, or materials), and present findings in an easy-to-digest format. Customer Service: Jump in when needed to address any client questions, ensuring our exceptional service standard is met. Ideal Qualifications: Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative or customer support role (bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced environment). Tech-Savvy: Familiar with email platforms, order management systems, and common productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office). Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a friendly, professional tone. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
