    This week, we are excited to celebrate the remarkable journey of Monica Ochoa skinner, one of our dedicated team members who has shown incredible growth since joining Baja Call Center. Mónica began her career with us in 2020 as an agent. Her dedication and hard work quickly led to a promotion to QA agent. Within a year, her exceptional skills and enthusiasm earned her the role of Trainer, and just four months ago, Mónica was promoted to Supervisor. Reflecting on her experience, Mónica shares: "Baja has been my growth in the working industry. After being a stay-at-home mom for six years, it was difficult to re-enter the workforce.
