Baird, Inc. is pleased to announce two additional acquisitions to its growing real estate portfolio in downtown Sarasota - 1400 and 1410 Main Street. 1400 Main Street will soon be home to an exciting new venture in partnership with Damn Good Hospitality and their Warrens concept. 1410 Main Street will continue to partner with Sunburn Cannabis, a best-in-class operator in the medical marijuana industry. This acquisition expands Baird, Inc’s presence on Main Street. In 2020, Baird, Inc. purchased the Historic Kress Building which currently houses Baird, Inc.’s offices. Management is seeking an end user for the remainder of the building.?
