On April 29th, during BAIA event "Disruption and Opportunities: How Will GenAI Change the Way We Work?", our panelists - renowned experts in their fields - led a discussion exploring the impact of GenAI on workplaces. They tackled both the challenges and the transformative potential of this technology across various industries. We also welcomed young professionals and students from Silicon Valley Fellowship, in collaboration with Gomry. The Bay Area also buzzed with European connections and two phenomenal events together with other organizations part of EuroCham - Association of American European Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations. ?? ?? The April 24th event at SAP Labs covered the thought-provoking topic of "Democracy and Disinformation." This insightful session offered a wealth of knowledge on the influence of AI, the challenges it presents, and how companies are working to build trustworthy and impactful solutions. ?? ?? On May 1st, the Spring Networking event at Cooley LLP was a big success! It was an amazing evening at the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club in San Francisco, celebrating women's excellence and allyship for #WomensHistoryMonth ?? We listened to three female panelists Lara Pirazzini Susanna Rosi Carlotta "Lotti" Siniscalco on how allyship played a pivotal role in their life, in a conversation with ally Simone Bianco. We also took a moment to honor Valentina Imbeni for her contributions and for being an inspiration for our Italian community. Special kudo to Vice Consul Davide Corriero for representing the Consulate General of Italy, sending Consul Sergio Strozzi's regards, and for bringing an important perspective on the importance of women empowerment for Italy and all countries around the world.
