Association of Student Diversity Leaders (ASDL)

Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment where every voice is heard, every perspective valued, and every individual celebrated. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we strive to foster a vibrant tapestry of cultures, backgrounds, and identities within our local high school communities. Together, we pledge to promote understanding, respect, and equity, ensuring that all students feel empowered to thrive and contribute positively to our shared journey of growth and learning. Currently, there are 9 schools (Pinewood, Castilleja, Mercy B, Notre Dame Belmont, Woodside Priory, Crystal Springs, and Sacred Heart Preparatory) represented, through both faculty and students, in this association. This is more than a “networking opportunity,” but a chance to have an immediate impact in our communities while making lifelong friends. Why wait for change when we can make it ourselves?
