Today, we were honored to share Hope Springs, Greeley-Weld Habitat's progress with Maulid Miskell, Colorado Department of Local Affairs's Deputy Executive Director, Airel Cisneros, DOLA's Housing Portfolio Manager and our friends from Habitat for Humanity of Colorado. They saw firsthand the groundbreaking innovations at Hope Springs! With 29 homes under construction, Hope Springs is building groundbreaking impact through multiple partnerships like the one with Baessler Homes, allowing us to build more homes in six months than we have in four years. This is a testament to the power of collaboration and the shared vision of creating affordable housing for our community. They were particularly impressed by the unique features of Hope Springs, such as our JBS USA mini-pitch soccer fields, Oxy Nature Discovery Park, and the upcoming onsite childcare center and organic gardens. These amenities, combined with a walkable community, create a truly distinctive home development. We are deeply thankful to our community partners like DOLA, whose invaluable support and integral role are helping to make these future 176 homes affordable for hard-working families in our community.
