Baden Capital is a private investment firm focused on control-oriented buyout investments. We generally like to partner with existing management or founders and are typically the first outside capital invested into the business. Unlike other firms, we are not passive investors who only showing up at quarterly board meetings. We actually like to roll up our sleeves and help our companies reach the next level. We find operational support both critical and fun. We target businesses starting at $2M of EBITDA. We focus primarily on food & agriculture, B2B services and specialty manufacturing.
