There are 45 cities, states and counties that pledged as part of the National Building Performance Standards Coalition to pass some form of building performance legislation by April 22, 2026. ? Additionally, the Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy developed a blueprint for decarbonizing U.S. buildings by 2050.
