I Attended HINAR- Human Is Not A Resource by Sadhguru and Isha Foundation on the 14th, 15th and 16th of June 2024 with the Top Coaches and Consultants of India Himanshu Agrawal, Somesh Kalal Malviya,? Sakshi Chandraakar ?? Jitendra Choudhary Rohit Sharma, Aman Maskeen, Abdullah Ansari, Abhishek. The 3 learning from the Events are as follows: ?Culture in the business: Culture in the business is a mess you have created yesterday. Whatever you are right now/wherever your company is standing it shows your past actions. ?Human is not a Resource: If you feel as a leader and a business owner, your team is not working with the highest potential then you're unable to unpack their human potential. Let me share a story, A Client once came up and said, “Hey my showup rates sucks” We tried to identify the root cause And told him that, His confirmation text looks spammy and So the prospects gets turned off Then We set a hypothesis, We made the text more personalised, which is likely to have more people confirmed and show up. We tried it on the very first, 20-30 Leads. Where we had a close tracking and monitoring to understand the difference before and after. We saw a positive shift and kept on repeating the process until we got our desired metrics. This is exactly what Backend Closer Does with 1:1 clients.     3 Advice to follow to get more High Ticket Clients???? ??Evolve – The person you are now must transform the person you aspire to be. ??Keep your ego in check – Success leaves no room for it. ??Always keep reading – It's the key to your growth and source of content inspiration! I have realised many of my followers are just beginning their journey in high-ticket sales or overall social selling. Hence a bonus, Stay close to your coach or mentor – they'll help you develop your business acumen as you get started, When you first start your business, it's okay to admit you know nothing. So don’t pretend otherwise!? (This is where keeping your ego in check comes in handy) To all my fellow high-ticket sellers who are crushing it out there, share one piece of advice in the comments that you wish you had heard when you first started in this industry!
